First of all thank you for the donations of compost. Our lovely caretaker has already dug over the flowerbeds and added the compost outside the kitchen ready for us to plant out. Weather dependant, we are hoping to do some planting Wednesday or Friday next week.
Please can we ask for any donations of plants, small plug plants would be ideal for the children to add to the beds. We are hoping to encourage the children to respect their environment and be 'stewards of our earth'. Giving some ownership of this area to the children will inspire them to protect what they have created.
