Hello and welcome to Year 1 K! We have lots of fun in Year 1! We learn in a multisensory environment and have lots of practical, hands on activities.
During our summer term we have a very exciting topic of 'Dragons' and we are following Chile in the world cup. We recently celebrated our 'Kindness' assembly with the school and have some wonderful photographs to share!
On July 1st we are going on a super trip to Churnet Valley. We are so looking forward to a train ride followed by an exploration of the 2 railway stations. The owls are also going to be at the station! We are also going to have a picnic lunch on the train! Look out for the posting of photos of our trip very soon!
