At St Alban's we strive to listen to and resolve any concerns that arise.
From time to time parents, and others connected with the school, may become aware of matters which cause them concern. To encourage resolution of such situations, the Governing Body has adopted a Complaints Procedure.
The procedure is devised with the intention that it will:
Usually be possible to resolve problems by informal means
Be simple to use and understand
Be non-adversarial
Provide confidentiality
Allow problems to be handled swiftly
Address all the points at issue
Inform future practice so that the problem is unlikely to recur.
Parent’s views and concerns are welcomed through the parental questionnaires. We endeavour to respond to all named concerns/suggestions as soon as possible.
Teachers are available after school and we ask that you request an appointment through the school office who will be happy to accommodate you in making an appointment.
If after speaking to the class teacher you feel that your concerns need further investigation/discussion in order to resolve them then, please contact the school office to make an appointment with the Headteacher
