Homework

 

  • Children are expected to do 15 minutes of reading each night. They are then  to bring their book and signed reading log into school with them each morning.
  • Children will recieve spellings every Thursday to be tested on the following Thursday. It is recommended that children spend a bit of time every night learning these.
  • Children will be told on a Monday which times tables they are going to be tested on the following Monday. It is recommended that children spend a bit of time every night learning these.
  • On a Friday, children will recieve a set of comprehension questions to answer after reading a section of their reading books. These should be returned to class on Monday.
