9.00-9.30 Spelling Punctuation and Grammar

Today we are continuing our investigation into prepositions with a fun game and poem! 

It is also our final day of spelling practice before Friday's spelling test.

You have done a fantastic job all week, keep it up!

9:30 - 10:30 - English with Oak Academy (Developing a rich vocabulary)

Both Mr Greener and Mrs Green have been impressed with the way the Year 5's have developed their vocabulary this year and we are seeing some wonderful word choices used in your independent writing. This lesson focusing on using words to describe hunger and thirst and placing them in simple and complex sentences. Give if your best efforts!

Today you are continuing to look at the life of Moses. Please choose the work for your class.

Year 5 Rowan

Today you are continuing through the story of Moses. Moses has been gone about 40 days talking to God and has been given the 10 Commandments to take back to the Israelites, but the Israelites have grown impatient whilst Moses has been away...

Year 5 Maple

Today you are continuing the journey of God's rescue plan of the Israelites from the Egyptians.

Work through the PowerPoint and complete the tasks. You will need access to watch videos for this lesson.

2.30 - 3 - PE
You have a choice of two PE activities for this afternoon. If you would like to try and improve your skills at invasion games (football, rugby, netball...) and you have some space to lay out some equipment then try the LSC Invasion Games lesson. To get the most out of this lesson do it with someone else at home.
