We hope you are looking forward to doing some Reading activities.
Bring along a favourite book to our English zoom sessions today and we can start with a chat about them before we look at the Reading text.

World Book Day Character Description
Your Task: To write about your favourite Book Character
Draw a picture of your favourite book character and write their name on the left hand page.
On the right hand side, explain which story they are in plus author and describe what they are like as a character. Then explain why he/she is your favourite character. Fill the page.
Make the work as attractive as possible and bring it in to school on Monday.
If you are more of a fan of factual books, you should still do the activity.
On the left hand side, using colour and pictures include as many facts as you can from your favourite factual book.
On the right hand page, name the book the information is from and explain why this book is your favourite. Make sure you fill the page with writing, making it as interesting as possible to read.
