This is our school,

Let peace dwell here,

Love of one another,

Love of Mankind,

Let us remember that.

so many hands build a house and

so many hearts make a school.

Get ready for your day by looking through today's work and getting yourself set to go. Join in our zoom call at 9:10 to hear more about your day.

To get your mind warmed up have a go at Boggle! Try and race someone in your house to find the longest and the most words in 3mins!

9:30 - 10:30 - English with Oak Academy

For the final task, try all three sentences and at least one of your own. Then try the challenges with the time you have left

11-12 - Science, Winter Watch Live

A little something special today - Winter Watch are hosting a live lesson which ties in brilliantly with what you are studying in science - different types of scientists and scientific enquiries. This lesson will focus on a type of scientific enquiry we have touched on but not yet gone into depth with: classification. It also links in with your current maths topic on graphs and as part of the lesson you will have a chance to gather and interpret data.

There is an activity sheet which would be useful to have to hand before the lesson starts, printed if possible, or on a device so you can do the work in your book. If you need your laptop/tablet to see the activity resource then CBBC is showing the programme at the same time.

If you have any questions whilst joining in on the lesson then you can email a Winter Watch expert directly at: live.lessons@bbc.co.uk, you are asked to include your school name as part of the email. Please ask your parent or carer to help you do this.
